Initial Comment: PD-EXTENDED 0.41.4 WINDOWS (XP or VISTA) - [auto 1( plays movie to end of file - doesn't loop or play again after re-sending the auto 1 message. - end reached (3rd outlet) keeps banging endlessly - sending a [0( message to the frame# inlet starts playing the clip again. - will loop if end reached (3rd outlet) is used to bang a [0( message to the frame inlet. - [auto 0( stops clip; [auto 1( starts it again from where left off.
MAC (OSX) [auto 1( plays movie through and auto loops until [auto 0(

Message: the bug-tracker for Gem is at http://sf.net/projects/pd-gem this is printed whenever you start Gem to the pd-console.
also, i seriously wonder why you assign this bug to hans. (what makes you think that the cause of the problem is pd-extended rather than the OS; if you don't know, why don't you file a bug report at Microsoft or Apple? if you don't know, why do you assign it to the maintainer of pd-extended? are you paying hans to get the bugs fixed by him?) if auto-assigning all bugs is some half-automated thing (e.g. the bug gets automatically assigned to hans if you report the bug via the "report bug" menu-entry in pd-extended) then please accept my apologies.
