Wow, it's a bug in flext. But it only occurs when there are neither signal inlets nor outlets defined.. .which should be a rather rare case..... maybe the signal2 tutorial example is the only one....

It's crashy on all platforms, maybe also on Max/MSP. But it's only for signal objects without signal in- or outlets......
