Category: pd-extended Group: v0.39.2 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: IOhannes m zmölnig (zmoelnig) Assigned to: Hans-Christoph Steiner (eighthave) Summary: "pdsend" broken
Initial Comment: in the latest and greatest pd-extended release (.tar.bz2!) on a debian system, the installed "pdsend" application crashes with "floating point exception".
the version installed by debian's "puredata" package works just fine.

see group: "v0.39.2" (which is btw is not fully correct as it is 0.39.3)
the problem does not happen on my machine, so i cannot provide all the information needed :-)
anyhow, here is what i know: pd : Pd-0.39.3-extended-planetccrma6-i386.tar.bz2 system: Linux version 2.6.18-5-686 (Debian 2.6.18.dfsg.1-13etch4) arch : ibm-notebook (i686); don't remember anything else
don't ask me why the planetccrma-package was installed on a debian machine.
