to Pd dev -
I'm hoping to put out a bugfix release, 0.52-2, into which I hope to keep folding the develop branch (as it 'develops'), some other bug fixes like https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/pull/1566, and Alexandre's documentation updates in whatever state it's in.
Hoping to put out a 'test' today or tomorrow and a final one this weekend...

I just fixed many typos and it's kinda ready to go for the most part.
I only needed some help on how to document this thing => https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/1580
Cheers!
This -ascii flag just asks pd~ to print messages and audio out in ascii so that it's easier to debug. Unfortunately this also causes loss of precision so in practice one should always use the default, binary connection.

Not sure it's worth documenting then... I should test and see it for myself how it works so I actually get it.
keeping it as a hidden feature for now.
