Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: pd-extended Group: v0.41 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: cursorx (cursorx08) Assigned to: Hans-Christoph Steiner (eighthave) Summary: constant pulse in audio playback
Initial Comment: I've upgraded to 0.41.4-extended. When I output audio a constant glich/pulse of about 2 per second, is heard. What can I do to get rid of this? Mac OSX 10.4.11.
Thanks

Message: I misunderstood the post you sent. I changed the sample rate on PD-extended, not on my system. I just did that and that in fact fixed the problem. Excellent, thank you very much.

Message: Yes it did, and because I got sidetracked never really got into trying to solve it. I looked at that link you supplied and tried increasing the sample rate to 48000 and then 96000. Nothing. I didn't try PD-Vanilla.

Message: Did this happen with previous versions of Pd? Does it happen with Pd-vanilla? It sounds a lot like this bug:
