hi all, recently I got some practice also in programming graphical widgets for puredata, so here's my request for write access to a directory in cvs. (my sourceforge.net's account name is federico__, like my irc alternative nickname)
a short note about me: I am student in computer science engineering. this summer got a temporary work as IT admin in a danish tlc company.
using pd since 5 years and use it for music, making effects and software synthesizers, sequencing data, and interfacing it with hardware (both midi & electronic devices like arduino) and I'm very happy with it.
you can find something more about me&pd on my pd member page: http://www.puredata.org/Members/federico
I am also the maintainer of pd-overlay - http://pd-overlay.sf.net - an effort about providing updated pd externals & related software "packages" (really: ebuilds) on Gentoo Linux OS
externs I'm going to commit: grid: a gui 2d grid editor made esecially for editing/sequencing lists of floats, it should be a nice frontend for iemmatrix (I'm planning to add iemmatrix-specific messages, so that is more straightforward) notehigh/notelow: externals for getting monophonic midi from [midiin]
... and more to come!!! right now I'm interested in gui programming stuff, but expect any kind of externs!!
ciao! Federico
Hallo!

Fine for me - would be really good to have some more GUIs and GUI programers ... ;)

so, what about my request? is going to be silently ignored?
It's more like the 'process' ;) Lazy consensus can take a while :D if there are no objections, then I'll add you. Last call!

okay. in the while I also baked a new hot external for doing externals in Tcl, based on the previous work by Mathieu Bouchard
hope to commit it soon :D

Ok, I added you. Welcome! :D
Just to make sure, you're Federico Ferri, right? I just want to make sure I didn't add federico_ or federico___ ;)

Ok, I added you. Welcome! :D
cheers!

yes, I am
I just want to make sure I didn't add federico_ or federico___ ;)
just a question about how layout is organized in cvs... I think I'm going to create a directory in toplevel (say externals/ffgx) where to put my externs, but I would like to put also 'tclpd' in a separate directory in toplevel (externals/tclpd) cause I'm willing more people get involved in this....
is that ok?
for the moment I'm going to commt just my dir
