Argh, the listserv should really have the correct default reply-to.
Anyway, ok, that answers my question.
I have a new question: now that I have a pd-extended debian package that installs and runs on my raspberry pi (Debian Squeeze / ARM11), what's the appropriate way to make that package available to the community?
Thanks! —Ted

Sorry?this is my question:
After "make install," should pd-extended exist in /usr/bin or usr/local/bin?
Mine did not.
what? /usr/bin? /usr/local/bin? both? none?
looking at the linux_make/Makefile, the install target has a default DESTDIR="./build"
depending on whether you build for .deb or not you should therefore end up with files in ./build/usr/ or ./build/usr/local/
