hmm
1. i reconfigured and rebuilt with: --disable-jack without any change.
2. then i tried: ./configure --disable-portaudio --disable-jack
with this, the wish executes, the pd-window pops up .... and hangs... after my books ventilation got wild, i killed the process...
this is the output from this attempt:
Pt_Start() called ^CPd: signal 2 closing audio... closing MIDI... ... done.
? thx io

Looks like your Jack install isn't functional, rebuild without JACK, check the config help for the flag:
./configure --help

Thanks for the answer.
when i did: wish tcl/pd-gui.tcl
it complained, that pd was not found, so i copied pd into ./bin/
when i use the wish-command now, i shortly see the pd-window, then it closes... this is the output:

do i need to configure with some flags and rebuild pd?
thx io
