when playing several samples with sfread~ memory doesn't get clean. If you watch the system resources at the same time you send samples, it's just like a counter. joao

I don't think that [sfread~] is supported anymore. Its part of the ext13 lib which hasn't been updated in years. Plus [readsf~] isn't included Pd-extended AFAIK.
try [readsf~] instead.
