Summary: audio doesn't reconnect after sleep on Mac OS X
Initial Comment: If you have Pd open on Mac OS X, and the computer goes to sleep, Pd looses connection to the audio, and you either need to restart or select the audio API again in order to get sound. Mac OS X can send sleep/wake events, so Pd should register to get these, and use them to reconnect to the audio when the machine wakes up.
