IMO, it could be useful! ...but perhaps I didn't find this solution earlier because I'm not an expert on the linking mechanism and it would have been obvious for somebody with strong basics knowledge about it.

Finally, I think I found the solution. I simply have to use "-Wl,-Bsymbolic" option for the linker (not only for Pd/libpd but also for the VST/LV2 libraries).
set(CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS "${CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS} -Wl,-Bsymbolic") set(CMAKE_MODULE_LINKER_FLAGS "${CMAKE_MODULE_LINKER_FLAGS} -Wl,-Bsymbolic")
