Well, clearly the choice of localization should be a command line argument, not a compile-time option. But it is in DD, and that's great!
better than that, you can switch the language at run-time, and you can customize the language at run-time.
type this command in the Tcl box:
say file "Fly"
and then press Ctrl+N to get:
