Message: This is a simple change to the USEAPI_DUMMY stuff to allow it to work on any platform, which is needed when embedding libpd into things like Android, iPhone, Java, Python, etc. Basically, when you use USEAPI_DUMMY, it usurps setting the default over all other USEAPI_* statements.
