Is it possible to not make devel_0_39's SConscript redetect Tcl/Tk every time it is run? It'd save a few seconds at each build and a pageful of redundantly redundant redundancies.
that's why it's cached ...
I forgot to say: the cache of autodetections just doesn't work here. I tried --warn=all and it didn't say anything. I've seen --debug but I don't know how to get it to print something about the cache of autodetections.
it should look like this:
Checking for dlopen() in C library dl... (cached) yes Checking for jack_activate() in C library jack... (cached) yes Checking for snd_pcm_info() in C library asound... (cached) yes Checking for sin() in C library m... (cached) yes
it's using the same feature as the dependency tracking, so possibly you screwed up some permissions?
