how sorry,
I should have check the bug report first, Kubriel submitted this issue on 2014-11-15 and IOhannes submitted a patch to fix it the same day.
see : http://sourceforge.net/p/pure-data/patches/538/
so the question is why this patch haven't been applied in 0.46-4 release ?
cheers
Antoine

hello,
I noticed that `make install` doesn't work anymore with autotools build system on my computer. I got this :
Makefile:865: recipe for target 'install-nobase_dist_libpdDATA' failed make[3]: *** [install-nobase_dist_libpdDATA] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory '/home/antoine/pd/pd-0.46-4' Makefile:1220: recipe for target 'install-am' failed make[2]: *** [install-am] Error 2 make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/antoine/pd/pd-0.46-4' Makefile:917: recipe for target 'install-recursive' failed make[1]: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/antoine/pd/pd-0.46-4' Makefile:1214: recipe for target 'install' failed make: *** [install] Error 2

While Miller's build system works fine.
The usual cause for this is some missing line-continuation backslash in the DATA section of the Makefile.am
