it's not openGL (most if not all openGL functions have a "gl" in their name). i don't know what sumn is.
ldd /usr/lib/pd/extra/Gem/Gem.pd_linux reports 74 libraries linked against that single external, so I'm gonna need some help narrowing this down.
how about:
ldd Gem.pd_linux | grep "not found"
chances are, that you are missing libavifile-0.7
I am not. I have version 0.7c2 installed and running ldd on Gem.pd_linux reports no libraries "not found".
Not sure what else I can do short of recompiling all of pd-extended from source.
