Now that there is the much improved "wiki folder" functionality of puredata plone, I think that the whole "dev" and "docs" sections should be wikis where any authenticated user can edit and add. Right now, there are still permissions problems. Is it possible to set the permissions on these sections so that anyone can edit/add?

i have changed some of the security settings. since the changes are done on a very fine granulated level, it might be that i have forgotten one or the other. tell me of any problems.
