hmm, i tried to reproduce this (with a user that has the same restrictions like bbogart) but i can't: adding wiki pages works fine for me. anyhow, i added the group "docs-admin" to the owners of the pddp-wiki; hope this is ok.

The page does not format right on firefox 1.5 (ubuntu) anymore, well only some parts of it...

what does this mean? snapshots?
