I'm forwarding this to the pdweb list because I couldn't fix it.
Hey list,
It seems that the /community/ section has restricted editing permissions. I tried to change it, but I couldn't figure it out besides adding permissions for individuals. Can we make the /community/ section have the same editing permissions as the rest of the site, i.e. any logged in user?

Nice to see the new site, congratulations on getting it up! As for posting to puredata.info, you can do that directly yourself. Once you login, you should be able to edit any of the pages. If you can't edit any of the pages, then that's a bug :)

Don't know how to solve this but I can create you a page for puredata japan and after that I think you can edit it yourself. Local groups are here: http://puredata.info/community/groups Would it fit your needs? best,

Local groups are here: http://puredata.info/community/groups Is it the place where you tried to create a page? Don't know how to solve the /community edit right problems but I can create you a page for puredata japan and after that I think you can edit it yourself.
Would it fit your needs?
If you prefer to create it yourself: for obscure - plone - reasons the other "local groups" pages are actually folders that contains a page, it's better to create it that way to make it look like others. - create a folder (add folder) - move inside it - create a page inside it (add page) - set the folder view as "display element" and choose your page
It will be displayed exactly like others( it seems it's a page, but it's actually a folder...)
