First off, thanks Winfried for doing all of this work, it can be annoying and thankless.
Only a couple things actually need a wiki. I am guessing that a lot of the stuff in the old pd wiki could be migrated to a plone-style page, or is outdated and no longer necessary. As for the current site, the only wiki that I think is still used is the FAQ, but its just one page, so it should be easy to migrate to a ZWiki.
If you are willing to do the work, I think Plone2 sounds a lot nicer, so I would vote a) then b). I tested test.puredata.info and its quite a bit faster. Nice. The FAQ is of course broken, but otherwise, I couldn't see anything wrong.

Hello,
Migrating PD
I have tried to migrate PD-Site:
There is some problem to new Zope 2-7-0 + CMF-1.4.4 + Plone 2.0.2:
Plone does not work because Plone1.0.3 has other templates....
CMFWiki is not working at all
Second approach zope 2.6.4 + CMF-1.3.3 + Plone 1.0.5
Site works: please test also !!! -> http://test.puredata.info/ (data one week old just for testing)
-except edit on CMFWiki
So on old plone CMFWiki produrct can be installed but not working as it should and on new zope cmfwiki is not working at all and also Ploneskin is to be migrated,
Solutions:
a) I think we should first migrate all CMFWiki to ZWiki
b) If we want the new Plone2:
- which I find more powerful and - Zope 2.7 which has more performance - and also runs completly under the user zoper, where I can give you the login, so you can Install any Product you want. we should set up a new plone and just fill in the logo and make a new design... if somebody want, which is much more easier with plone2.0.x
What should I do ? only a or a than b)

PS: There is a skinswitcher at plone2.0 which can switch skins by domain.
Any domain mapped on puredata.info whould relsoved so that the domainname stays if just somebody tells us to do so ?

Ok, good to know.
pure-data.info is hans's backup that is pointing to 193.170.191.182, but is not handled correctly by the virtual-host directive - that is why you see a small "APACHE"-site
Actually, I have pure-data.info set up on my nameservers to go to my server, which then redirects it to pure-data.iem.at. I guess IEM has pure-data.info set up on their nameservers, so only internally is it directed to 193.170.191.182.
absolutely right. i have set up both "pure-data.info" and "puredata.info" (which where identical) at our nameserver before wini had registered one of them; and i hadn't yet removed the pure-data.info.
anyhow, i have removed it right now from our servers and now it works as expected (puredata.info gives the proxy error and pure-data.info shows pure-data.iem.at)
thanks
