Basically, if you can access this, you should have access:That said, before making changes I think you should at least describe what you intend to do. The look of the website is likely to be a bike shed issue, so I don't think we need to make a whole big process of it. But there should be some communication at least.If you are thinking of working on the CSS/plone template for the exhibition page, then that should be much more straightforward since its only a small part of the website.
