Hello,
I am putting togeather a wish list for x-mass, and I wanted to add a good synthesizer methods book to the list. I remember a few titles coming through the list a while ago, but I cant find thoes emails now.
Does anyone know of some good titles I can get in the real world (Millers book is just online, right)?
Thanks, -thewade
I can recommend Curtis Roads' Computer Music Tutorial which talks about almost known synthesis and how they work on computers in general. That knowledge can be used in csound, pd, max/msp...its written rather general.

And don't forget Dodge/Jerse: "Computer Music" which I like much more than Curtis Roads' style of referential writing.
