If there isn't one already, it might be good to host this information on a puredata.info http://puredata.info/ wiki page. This way, it can be more easily updated and provide a centralized location.

Now, considering Deken actually has a list of all objects for every library with their description, it would be awesome if we could have a database that was automatically updated with information for deken

I moved the info to http://puredata.info/docs/ListOfPdExternals where everyone can edit.
It renders different on moinmoin markdown but it is what we have. There has to be an empty line in between objects and there's no internal anchors (links in the same page).
