hello,
i'm new to pd, so there is likely to be a simple solution to what i want to do. but i've trying for a while and figure i need some input.
i want to record a sample from the mic, and the moment i stop recording it i want to loop the new sample endlessly. so i need to set the loop length to the length of the new sample. i've been trying with getsize but i can't seem to get a pointer to the the sound array. perhaps there is an easier way?
thanks,
erik
i am think ing about the same thing i am wondering if it is easiest to hard set to some size the buffer and then turn on play/loop on once it's recorded.
