Greetings All
I have a Technical question about making a 1 second 44100 sample audio file into a wavetable. Can puredata do this? If so are there any examples? if not can someone recommend a program to use for this? Is this the correct way to do this? I'm not exactly sure I'm even using the correct terminology.
What I'm trying to do is have the wavetable of a 1 second 44100 sample audio file controlled by a midi controller so I can adjust the pitch and amplitude using the midi controller.
Some basic code I'm using is below. But how can I alter this to adjust the values for the audio file in a wavetable.
Please Note that the audio file is created in matlab/octave so it's not an easily created signal using sin and cos functions.

Hi Rick, Have a look at doc/3.audio.examples/B01.wavetables.pd as well as the rest of the "B" section.
These are accessible from the Help Browser ( <ctrl-b> shortcut ) -- just click "Pure Data" then "3.audio.examples"
