What's the latest news about [initbang]?
I have just switched from pd-extended to vanilla but still have some patches that don't work anymore for the lack of [initbang]. Before I start reprograming these patches I thought I'd check out if anything has been done about it in the meantime.

Vanilla in git supports initbang, but I don't know where you can yet get an initbang object that works with it (I did it a bit differently than how it was done in extended).

Thanks!
I might have to look for another way to do it since I need to get the patches running now.

iemguts' sports [initbang] and [closebang] objects that will magically work on Pd>=0.47 (though not on Pd<=0.46):
if you don't like conmpiling yourself, there are binaries available for the universal operating system:
https://packages.debian.org/stretch/pd-iemguts

Cool!
I'll check it out!
