hello list,
http://makezine.com/controller/
have you seen this new controller board from makezine? they say it's based on free softwares and one can do anything (s)he wants with it, there's even an OS that comes with it for people who don't want to code everything. The feature list is pretty good. they even say it's kind of plug n play with pd and other apps.
I've never used any other board like this myself, do you think it's any good compared to "arduino" or "create usb interface"?
thanks for your lights
It looks like a nice board, but I don't see anything about its IDE.
Its hard to beat the Arduino on price and IDE. Its straightforward
and runs on GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

It seems to work on these 3 platforms. The main interest point, I find, is that it can be used over Ethernet with OSC. An open MIDI generic I/O would be great too.
