You just need to add jcenter() to your list of repositories and add the following line to your dependencies:
implementation'org.puredata.android:pd-core:1.1.0'

That's correct. Note that pd-for-android 1.1.0 requires a min Android SDK level of 17. So you'll also need to raise the minSdkVersion to 17.
