Ok, I'm reading the Plone documentation and as I imagined, it seems I do need to be admin to access and modify the css style.

IOhannes, how can we proceed?
Do I need server access too?

Meantime,
does anyone want to share their ideas for a better looking style of the site?
(font colors, dimensions, headers, etc, etc...)

Awesome!  I don't know specifically, maybe IOhannes can add some
details, but it should be a fairly standard Plone template thing, so
check the Plone docs.
