- i love the dotted background
- the bottom icon bar (iem-powered etc) is oldschool and shall go
- we may not need the accessibility link but some people do
- a bit afraid that fixed width may be a problem on some mobiles. btw: are there some web stats for puredata.info that have screen size statistics?

I think if you keep the menu on the left, left is better.

on my website the width is 720px and centered, which I find a good compromise for both laptop and mobile browsers.
