yep, that's because you use ffmpeg-0.4.6,
which is the latest stable release but have bugs.
i'm forced to use ffmpeg cvs snapshot that you can find here :
http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net/cvs.

the link has also been fixed on my page,
too many people complained about that ))
