Yeah, an XScale is an ARM.  Sounds like Apple has built the Zaurus but with a good interface.  The Zaurus' hardware is nice, but the interface is attrocious.  It is free though.  I think the most recent Zaurii have VGA out and USB host, so you can plug in the keyboard, mouse, monitor right into it.

Jobs also had a video output cable during they keynote, which is pretty badass, if thats an option down the road....
