I want to run a bash script (file.sh) from inside PureData, on
Linux.
I do this on Python, using
subprocess.Popen(['/home/mario/script1.sh']).
More information of what I'm looking for: 'script1.sh' has
'gnome-terminal -e "/home/mario/script2.sh"' inside. So, a console
terminal is opened (running the script) and, when I close the python
code running, the subprocess "script1.sh" is closed... but the
console with "script2.sh" running isn't.
The "script2.sh" I want not to be closed will:
- kill PureData
- kill Jack
- run Jack again (with different frequency rate and frame/buffer)
- run PureData (other patch)
- run BlenderPlayer
