i think i have to dig into gstream philosophy now...
ok the problem are now when i try to play audio. doing in the terminal: gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location="bj_nilsen.mp3" ! mad ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! osxaudiosink is working ok (playing the sound in speakers) but when i do the same chain in pd (see patch) it doesn't work, but there is no error in the terminal. launching pd with -verbose -verbose gives: verbose( 0):setting property 'location' verbose( 1):remove all elements verbose( 1):deregister verbose( 2):pdgst:send to __gst verbose( 1):element de496f0 not in bin verbose( 2):removing buscallback-handler 17 for de46de0: verbose( 2):removing buscallback-handler 13 for de46560: verbose( 2):removing buscallback-handler 9 for de44830: verbose( 2):removing buscallback-handler 5 for de41460: verbose( 2):removing buscallback-handler 1 for de3f560: verbose( 1):register verbose( 2):pdgst:send to __gst verbose( 1):connect verbose( 2):pdgst:send to __gst_source
when i try to connect audioresample to [pdgst_dac~ 2] instead, it gives the same result (no sound and same terminal log) do this patch work under linux? am i doing something wrong? thx a lot
