The scarlett 18i20 will get you 10 analog and 8 adat outs. It works with linux, but you have to setup the hardware on OS X/windows.

Probably the simplest way under linux is to use Fons Adriaensen's excellent zita-a2jbridge (http://kokkinizita.linuxaudio.org/linuxaudio/zita-ajbridge-doc/quickguide.ht... http://kokkinizita.linuxaudio.org/linuxaudio/zita-ajbridge-doc/quickguide.html) to expose the additional cards as outputs under jack.
