I edited settings and added audio group.
$ sudo usermod -a -G audio MY_ID
$ sudo nano /etc/security/limits.conf
### realtime permission for jackd @audio – rtprio 99 @audio – memlock unlimited @audio – nice -10
Now the error msg disappeared and it works well.

that means you should probably run the RealTimeConfigQuickScan http://wiki.linuxaudio.org/wiki/system_configuration and make sure you do the suggested changes to your system, like that there is an audio group, so that pd can run with real time priority.
