I thought they were part of the cyclone library because this page seems to say so:

And plus I was using >~ under Linux with only the cyclone library loaded.

However, I'll definitely give your suggestion a try.
Since my post, I have also discovered the "expr~" object, which seems to be able to do what I want.

typing [zexy/<~], [zexy/>~], or [zexy/==~].  Or you could can add the

It the upcoming RC6, zexy is a libdir, so you'll be able to load it by
