The [webserver] just wraps https://github.com/civetweb/civetweb . For simplicity I left out ipv6 + many more options like https (via openssl) and more options that are there.
May be v0.1.0 can implement these.
(the main idea was something really simple for a Pd external. There are many web-servers you can run outside Pd)

Even Pd now supports IPV6... See the functions in s_net for some helpers which may be useful, although s_net.h is not really part of the public API in m_pd.h. AT the very least, there are implementation snippets you can check out for configuration for IPv4 and IPv6.
