Yes, the interface takes a little bit of getting used but as long as you have the right com port set (the pd window will give you feedback on this) you just use the radio button grid to set the different pins to whatever you want them to be. That is you have to "switch on" for example analog inout for the analog pins, or digital in (or out), or pwm for digital pins - individually.
