Pd 0.45 seems to be also affected.
On the other hand, Pd (0.45 and 0.46-6 and latest one from [5fd49d]) works fine with jack1.
Is there any abvious reason for that ?

I can confirm this issue on Ubuntu 15.04 with jackd2 1.9.10 with and pd from [5fd49d]
