Don't know if anybody already mentioned it, but someone on Pd's forum posted this http://forum.pdpatchrepo.info/topic/9859/jsusfx-jesusonic-external-for-pure-data which is an external that can use the JSFX scripting language and works per sample (as the author says in the forum post). He says that it's quite CPU intensive but he's working on it..
