Hello
I am currently working on phase vocoders, and I have two questions about the FFT in Pure Data
(1) When I use a [block~ 4096 8],
overlap is 8
window size ? I mean, is it possible to use a window size of 1024 samples and an FFT size of 4096 ?
(2) Blackman / Blackman Exact / Blackman-Harris windows
I would like to use this kind of analysis windows, but I don't even know their mathematical formula ; does anyone know how to implement these under Pure Data, in the same way as the Hanning window is already implemented in most example patches ? (or the mathematical formulas at least)
THank you very much
PS : the phase locking vocoder example patch is truly good. Has anyone ported it to Max/MSP ?
