Hello Everybody,

I know the guy who developed Arduino, open source microcontroller hardware, David Cuartielles. I just received a USB Arduino board from him yesterday, I couldn't have time to put my hands on it, but I guess it is promising for all sort of PD-microcontroller works.

I guess its time for the open hardware throwdown! ;)  I just saw this
one to add to the fray:

I'll be working with the MultIO and the Arduino, and perhaps the AID as
well.  I am working on integrating such devices into the [hid] toolkit
stuff.

*Cheapest* would be AID, but that would be a little more work.

but I think CK is right that indeed usb lights are probably NOT
comtrollable at all, probably just feed the power lines of the USB port
to the light. I don't think you can issue a command to tell a computer
to turn the power off on a given USB port.

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I really played with PD. but
i'm
interested in controlling lights w/ different parameters... is there
a
way to control those usb-powered lights using PD? Thanks, Robert

The cheapest and most versatile solution has to involve a Multio.
