Hi,

When using Gem for live-performances, how do people get their preview-window before the actual 'output'? Right now I only know about the possibility of using one gemwin which will be used with a offset message as the projection. Is it possible to get 2 preview-windows, or is a 'vga-splitter' [projector / 2nd monitor] the only solution to be able to see what you're doing when performing?
...unfortunately one is stuck with one window under "gem-as-it-is"...fortunately, IOhannes came up with a new "multiple_window" scheme, which is under said tag in the gem cvs...even better (at least for you, cuz I think yr on osx, right?), I just got the multiple_window branch to work on OSX last week, and atm am cleaning up the code to commit it...now, it's a whole other question as to when this'll get released: I'm not sure if the code is complete/working on windoze?
...anyway, it'll exactly answer your above needs :-)
soon, jamie
