Getting Pd and GEM running properly on an Intel Mac is not a good choice for a first time compile. Both need some work on the code done before they will work like the PowerPC version.
thx max,...
the orobor thingie doesn't work for me... the computer and the Gem
patch has to
start up without any user interaction....
so i guess I'll have to compile the cvs Gem...
now i'm using a pd installer... so i guess i'll have to compile pd as well...
Being very new on mac i've never compiled anything on mac before...
Could somebody give me a brief walktrough on what libraries and stuff i'll be
needing to compile pd and Gem on this intel mac mini (OS X 10.4.6 )?
compiled binaries would even be nicer... ;)
/kurt
