it almost works now ! Thanks a lot
Maybe I should use Pd with JACK ? I will first read a good tutorial about JACK, actually I know only very few about it
ok, I got pd running quite normally with Jack ; the only problem are some Audio I/O errors, that correspond to some clicks
I discovered that these errors occur when I interact with something else than the running Pd patch : for example, typing this mail with the keyboard, moving graphic windows with the mouse, etc, while pd is computing audio. Inside a patcher window, there are no problems (with the exception to using some graphic objects like [array]) So maybe it's "normal" (or should I get rid off the Gnome GUI ? a lighter interface like the Blackbox could be better I think)
I start jack using the Qjackctl interface ; (of course) changing the buffer sizes of the sound card (Hammerfall) has no effect here
