You can open Pd from the command line in mac:cd to the bin directory of the application folder, e.g.:/Applications/Pd-0.47-1.app/
Contents/Resources/bin (or the 64-bit equivalent).
Run
./pd -help
to get list of startup flags./pd -font-face "DejaVu Sans Mono"
