Haven't bought it, but I used it for a live show where I had to use a friend's laptop who had a smaller screen than mine (and thus all my patches suffered this issue). Worked great.

On Linux many Window Managers like Blackbox support resizing through other operations as well. In Blackbox I can Alt-Rightclick anywhere into a window to resize it freely. Maybe OS-X has some similar hotkeys? I think these operations are very useful especially in Pd to quickly resize (sub)patches without having to search and hit the window border exactly. I'm so slooow at this.
