Ok,

Note that on a clean win10 machine you *can* open the help-patch but you can't use [coll], either threaded or not.
This new version uses  “pthreadGC-3.dll” & “libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll”, this last one is not in the PKG so no crashes because it don't load.
If “libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll” is placed you can use the unthreaded [coll].

You don't want users to do that, and is not so easy btw, as we have to rename the cyclone folder to open coll-help, so that it not crash (because it can't load [coll]).

But surely this is the faster workaround for 0.3 beta 2. You can update the coll-help so that it does not create unthreaded [coll]s.
You can “comment” how to use the unthreaded [coll] and inform that for now is not supported on MsWindows.

the main trouble is that we can't open the help patch because it contains unthreaded [coll]s

you could, however, manually delete that unthreaded coll from the help file, just so it doesn't crash Pd
