I have an Artigo kit. Pico-itx running Ubuntu.  Pd runs great.  The Artigo fan is a bit loud though.  The power supply is 12 v I believe and you can buy a DC auto converter for it.

nano-itx form factor is 12 × 12 cm
pico-itx is 10 x 7.2 cm
Most of them can run MSW or linux.
Power supplies with 12V input are very small.
